PaperOffice versions like PaperOffice 2015 and older are no longer supported.

The end of support for the outdated 2015 version has been announced several times since 01.08.2018 and the support was finally discontinued on 31.12.2019.

Possibly if your problem is caused by Windows updates, you should try to undo what was changed before the error occurred. It is known that the old 2015 version is not compatible with the latest Windows 7/10 updates.
