During a scan attempt, the error is displayed with the scanner driver. How can I solve it?

If your scanner is listed in PaperOffice, but you get an error message when you try to scan that there is a problem with the scanner driver, then the cause could be:
When installing the scanner, Windows recognizes your scanner and uses the drivers built into Windows instead of those provided by the manufacturer.
You should download the native drivers from the scanner manufacturer's website and try the scanning process again in PaperOffice.
