The database is newer than my licensed account error code #E911. What can I do?

If for any reason the Database did upgrade to a newer release than your licenced PaperOffice account you have two options:

  • Import an older database backup which was carried out before the change.
  • Expand your license by using PaperOffice Plus - this is how all release updates are provided as part of PaperOffice Plus usage. Activate PaperOffice PLUS in our official PaperOffice shop at shop-en.paperoffice.com.

PaperOffice PLUS can be later cancelled at any time.
